Project Documents

The following documents have been developed to help you to understand what undertaking a new project with our team involves.


  • The Roles and Responsibilities Guide provides a breakdown of your role and responsibilities as the client and project sponsor. It also provides a brief list of the main duties of your project manager, the contractor and the consultant.
  • The Project Services Project Charter will be completed by your project manager, in consultation with you, after your initial project discussions. The Charter is a critical step in the early stages of your project to ensure the key requirements of the project are articulated and documented.
